If you’re going to win an award, make it the one where your guests say you’re the best! That’s exactly what Ocean Beach Tourist Park has done, taking out the ReviewPro People’s Choice Caravan Park of the Year at the 2025 Caravan Industry Awards on Friday, 16 May.
The recognition, awarded based on real guest reviews via the ReviewPro platform, is a reflection of what travellers value most, including authentic experiences, welcoming service and unforgettable stays.
Tucked away in the heart of Miami on Queensland’s Gold Coast, Ocean Beach Tourist Park, managed by BelgraviaPRO in partnership with the City of Gold Coast, offers the best of both worlds. A quiet coastal haven just moments from all the excitement the Gold Coast is famous for.
Nick Cox, CEO of Belgravia Leisure, said, “This award is a testament to the passion and dedication of our team at Ocean Beach Tourist Park. Being recognised directly by our guests speaks volumes about the quality of experience we strive to deliver.
“BelgraviaPRO, a division of Belgravia Leisure, is proud to partner with the City of Gold Coast to create such a welcoming, memorable destination that people love coming back to”.
This year’s Gold Key win is more than just a single moment of success. It’s the culmination of years of consistently exceeding expectations.
Ocean Beach Tourist Park has now been recognised in the ReviewPro People’s Choice Awards four times over the past five years, a remarkable achievement in an award category based entirely on guest feedback. The park took home Silver in 2021, Bronze in 2022, Silver again in 2024 and now Gold in 2025.
Park Managers Bec Morgan and Pete Wilson expressed their pride in receiving the award with Bec sharing their approach to running the park and what makes it special.
“This award means so much because it comes from the people who’ve actually stayed with us. As Park Managers, Pete and I live and breathe Belgravia Leisure’s Guest First philosophy. It’s about making people feel genuinely welcome, comfortable, and part of something special.”

Bec continued, “We run our park the way we’d want it to be run if we were guests ourselves. That means creating a relaxed, well-maintained space, getting to know our guests, having real conversations, and being there to listen. Whether someone stays one night or one year, a five-minute chat can make all the difference. People want to be heard and sometimes we might be the only ones listening.
“We also put a huge focus on cleanliness, presentation and staying ahead of maintenance. Pete’s attention to detail makes a big impression. From the gardens to the guest facilities, we ensure everything is kept to a high standard. It’s the little extras too, like themed nights, local recommendations and community connections like our burger van and live music events. We also support our local surf club through gold coin donation events, such as BBQs and pancake breakfasts.
“Above all, we treat this place like it’s our own home. We love what we do and we’re grateful every day for the chance to help people have the best holiday possible,” Bec concluded.
Tim Hutchison, Head of Guest Experience at Belgravia Leisure, said the award reflects a commitment to thoughtful, guest-centred service.
“At Belgravia Leisure, we call it ‘Guest First’, a simple but powerful approach that puts the guest at the centre of everything we do. It’s about being genuinely welcoming and creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression. The team at Ocean Beach Tourist Park has truly brought this to life. Their win is a powerful reminder that when we lead with care and connection, our guests notice and they celebrate it.”
