Competition Terms & Conditions
This Stay, Share, WIN competition is being run by Belgravia Pro of 20 Longstaff Road, Bayswater VIC, 3153.
Conditions: Competition runs from 00:01 Monday 17 March until 23:59 Sunday 27 April 2025. To be eligible for entry, participants must complete a booking at a participating Bpro park between these dates and submit at least one image from their stay either by publicly posting it on Facebook or Instagram (tagging the park they stayed at and including the hashtag #theholidayparkeffect), or by emailing the image to info@belgraviapro.com.au along with their booking name and the name of the park they stayed at. Multiple images may be submitted, however, each participant will only receive one entry into the prize draw, regardless of the number of images shared. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over. Prize details: Entrants will go in the draw to win one of three $100 Gift Cards. Australian-based winners will receive a BCF (Boating, Camping, Fishing) Gift Card, New Zealand-based winners will receive a Torpedo7 Gift Card. Winners will be drawn at random from the pool of entrants and announced on Monday 28th April, 2025. Winners will be notified by email and must respond within 5 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond, a new winner may be drawn. Winners may be required to provide proof of age and booking confirmation to claim their prize.
Image Usage & Rights: By entering this competition, participants grant Belgravia Pro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display submitted images in any media, including but not limited to digital and print marketing materials, social media, websites, and promotional content, without further compensation or prior notice.
